概況縱覽

香港浸會大學工商管理碩士課程(MBA)獲工商管理碩士課程協(xié)會(AMBA) 認證，連同國際商管學院促進會 (AACSB) 及歐洲評審組織 (EQUIS) 檢定，本學院已獲得三重認證。由此可見，本學院及課程無論在教學、設施及師生交流方面都達到最高標準。為了提升課程質量，我們將持續(xù)努力，不斷改進課程內容和教學方法，爭取躋身世界最頂級的課程。

The Hong Kong Baptist University Master of Business Administration (MBA) has already been certified by the Master of Business Administration (AMBA), International Association of Business Schools (AACSB) and the European Institution (EQUIS), which shows that our institute and the curriculum have reached its highest standards in terms of teaching, facilities as well as communication between teachers and students. In order to improve the quality of the course, we will continue to strive to improve the course in its content and teaching methods, in the hope that we are among the world's top courses.

特色

1、國際視野、中西兼顧：課程以國際商貿理論為基礎，并深入剖析中國商貿。課程涵蓋工商管理不同范疇的知識，學員除可接觸最新的管理和組織概念外，更可學習運用新的技能和技巧去解決問題及作出決策。
2、師資優(yōu)秀：課程基本上由學院的全職資深教授任教；也會邀請中國及海外的訪問學人、資深商界人士擔任短期或客座教授。
3、理論實踐并重：透過「企業(yè)實地考察」，學員可了解不同地方的營商環(huán)境和企業(yè)機構的運作情況。而「企業(yè)咨詢報告」要求學員為一所企業(yè)進行研究，并為該企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理作企業(yè)咨詢，分析企業(yè)面對的挑戰(zhàn)及提出解決方案，讓學員可將課堂的知識應用于實際分析中。
4、與商界領導交流：學院定期安排企業(yè)行政人員研討會及企業(yè)參觀活動，邀請商界領袖及著名學者與學員進行交流。
5、強大校友網(wǎng)絡：浸大MBA已累積逾二千名中港的校友，他們大部份為企業(yè)的高管人員。而中港兩地亦分別成立MBA校友會，藉著各類的文娛康樂、學術及文化活動，讓學員及校友可不斷擴闊其知識領域及人際網(wǎng)絡。
6、杰出獎學金：學院特別設立了一系列的獎項，以表揚優(yōu)秀的學員。

International vision, concentrate both on China and Western areas: The course is based on international business theory, and in-depth analysis of China's trade. It covers different knowledge of business administration. In addition to being able to access the latest management and organizational concepts, students can learn to use new skills to solve problems and make decisions.
Excellent teacher: The course is basically taught by the full-time professors of the college. Visitors from China and overseas will also be invited to serve as short-term or visiting professors.
Focused both on theory and practice: Through the "corporate study", students can understand the different local business environment and the operation of enterprise institutions. The Corporate Advisory Report requires students to conduct research for a company and consult with the business management of the company, analyze the challenges which facing the company and propose solutions so that the students can apply classroom knowledge to practical analysis.
Communicate with business leaders: The College arranges business executives seminars and corporate visits regularly, inviting business leaders and famous scholars to communicate with students.
Strong Alumni Network: The MBA program of HKBU has accumulated more than 2,000 Chinese and Hong Kong alumni, and most of them are executives for the enterprise. The Hong Kong and Hong Kong schools have also set up MBA alumni associations to expand their knowledge and interpersonal networks through various cultural and recreational, academic and cultural activities.
Outstanding Scholarships: The Academy has set up a series of awards to recognize outstanding students.

1） 持有廣受認可大學的學士學位(任何專業(yè)) 或同等專業(yè)資格證書;

2) 持有本科學歷并具備10年或以上工作經(jīng)驗，當中包括具有3年或以上高層管理經(jīng)驗或專業(yè)資格的申請人，將按個別情況考慮。

其他要求

申請人需擁有
3） 三年或以上相關工作經(jīng)驗;

4） 達到香港浸會大學要求的GMAT或全國工商管理碩士入學聯(lián)考(GRK) 的最低分。如申請人擁有6年或以上相關的工作經(jīng)驗，可申請豁免提交GMAT或GRK成績，其個案將獲個別考慮；并

5） 通過面試。

為鼓勵MBA學員于學業(yè)上爭取佳績, 學院特設一系列獎項予成績優(yōu)秀的學員：

「MBA優(yōu)異成績獎」
學員的畢業(yè)平均積點達3.67至4.0 (并符合取得「優(yōu)異榮譽」的條件，即沒有任何重修學科及低于 “B-” 的學科)，可獲得「MBA優(yōu)異成績獎」港幣一萬元。

「MBA優(yōu)良成績獎」
學員的畢業(yè)平均積點達3.40至3.66 (并沒有任何重修學科)，可獲得「MBA優(yōu)良成績獎」獎狀 。

每學科課時為36小時，每學科考試為2至3小時。在一般情況下，課堂安排在周末上課。

課程體系

香港浸會大學MBA課程涵蓋工商管理不同學術領域，共有16門學科，44學分。在這些學科中，11門為核心科，3門為必修科，而其余兩門為選修科。
一般而言，核心科及必修科安排在整個課程的前半部，而選修科則安排在課程后半部，部份學科是以專題講座或工作坊形式進行，以便學員與講師之間有充分交流。
