概況縱覽

香港浸會大學(xué)工商管理碩士課程(MBA)獲工商管理碩士課程協(xié)會(AMBA) 認(rèn)證，連同國際商管學(xué)院促進會 (AACSB) 及歐洲評審組織 (EQUIS) 檢定，本學(xué)院已獲得三重認(rèn)證。由此可見，本學(xué)院及課程無論在教學(xué)、設(shè)施及師生交流方面都達(dá)到最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為了提升課程質(zhì)量，我們將持續(xù)努力，不斷改進課程內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法，爭取躋身世界最頂級的課程。

The Hong Kong Baptist University Master of Business Administration (MBA) has already been certified by the Master of Business Administration (AMBA), International Association of Business Schools (AACSB) and the European Institution (EQUIS), which shows that our institute and the curriculum have reached its highest standards in terms of teaching, facilities as well as communication between teachers and students. In order to improve the quality of the course, we will continue to strive to improve the course in its content and teaching methods, in the hope that we are among the world's top courses.

特色

1、國際視野、中西兼顧：課程以國際商貿(mào)理論為基礎(chǔ)，并深入剖析中國商貿(mào)。課程涵蓋工商管理不同范疇的知識，學(xué)員除可接觸最新的管理和組織概念外，更可學(xué)習(xí)運用新的技能和技巧去解決問題及作出決策。
2、師資優(yōu)秀：課程基本上由學(xué)院的全職資深教授任教；也會邀請中國及海外的訪問學(xué)人、資深商界人士擔(dān)任短期或客座教授。
3、理論實踐并重：透過「企業(yè)實地考察」，學(xué)員可了解不同地方的營商環(huán)境和企業(yè)機構(gòu)的運作情況。而「企業(yè)咨詢報告」要求學(xué)員為一所企業(yè)進行研究，并為該企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理作企業(yè)咨詢，分析企業(yè)面對的挑戰(zhàn)及提出解決方案，讓學(xué)員可將課堂的知識應(yīng)用于實際分析中。
4、與商界領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交流：學(xué)院定期安排企業(yè)行政人員研討會及企業(yè)參觀活動，邀請商界領(lǐng)袖及著名學(xué)者與學(xué)員進行交流。
5、強大校友網(wǎng)絡(luò)：浸大MBA已累積逾二千名中港的校友，他們大部份為企業(yè)的高管人員。而中港兩地亦分別成立MBA校友會，藉著各類的文娛康樂、學(xué)術(shù)及文化活動，讓學(xué)員及校友可不斷擴闊其知識領(lǐng)域及人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
6、杰出獎學(xué)金：學(xué)院特別設(shè)立了一系列的獎項，以表揚優(yōu)秀的學(xué)員。

International vision, concentrate both on China and Western areas: The course is based on international business theory, and in-depth analysis of China's trade. It covers different knowledge of business administration. In addition to being able to access the latest management and organizational concepts, students can learn to use new skills to solve problems and make decisions.
Excellent teacher: The course is basically taught by the full-time professors of the college. Visitors from China and overseas will also be invited to serve as short-term or visiting professors.
Focused both on theory and practice: Through the "corporate study", students can understand the different local business environment and the operation of enterprise institutions. The Corporate Advisory Report requires students to conduct research for a company and consult with the business management of the company, analyze the challenges which facing the company and propose solutions so that the students can apply classroom knowledge to practical analysis.
Communicate with business leaders: The College arranges business executives seminars and corporate visits regularly, inviting business leaders and famous scholars to communicate with students.
Strong Alumni Network: The MBA program of HKBU has accumulated more than 2,000 Chinese and Hong Kong alumni, and most of them are executives for the enterprise. The Hong Kong and Hong Kong schools have also set up MBA alumni associations to expand their knowledge and interpersonal networks through various cultural and recreational, academic and cultural activities.
Outstanding Scholarships: The Academy has set up a series of awards to recognize outstanding students.

2) 持有本科學(xué)歷并具備10年或以上工作經(jīng)驗，當(dāng)中包括具有3年或以上高層管理經(jīng)驗或?qū)I(yè)資格的申請人，將按個別情況考慮。

4） 達(dá)到香港浸會大學(xué)要求的GMAT或全國工商管理碩士入學(xué)聯(lián)考(GRK) 的最低分。如申請人擁有6年或以上相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗，可申請豁免提交GMAT或GRK成績，其個案將獲個別考慮；并

為鼓勵MBA學(xué)員于學(xué)業(yè)上爭取佳績, 學(xué)院特設(shè)一系列獎項予成績優(yōu)秀的學(xué)員：

「MBA優(yōu)異成績獎」
學(xué)員的畢業(yè)平均積點達(dá)3.67至4.0 (并符合取得「優(yōu)異榮譽」的條件，即沒有任何重修學(xué)科及低于 “B-” 的學(xué)科)，可獲得「MBA優(yōu)異成績獎」港幣一萬元。

「MBA優(yōu)良成績獎」
學(xué)員的畢業(yè)平均積點達(dá)3.40至3.66 (并沒有任何重修學(xué)科)，可獲得「MBA優(yōu)良成績獎」獎狀 。

每學(xué)科課時為36小時，每學(xué)科考試為2至3小時。在一般情況下，課堂安排在周末上課。

課程體系

香港浸會大學(xué)MBA課程涵蓋工商管理不同學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域，共有16門學(xué)科，44學(xué)分。在這些學(xué)科中，11門為核心科，3門為必修科，而其余兩門為選修科。
一般而言，核心科及必修科安排在整個課程的前半部，而選修科則安排在課程后半部，部份學(xué)科是以專題講座或工作坊形式進行，以便學(xué)員與講師之間有充分交流。
