瑞安管理（上海）有限公司資金管理總監(jiān)

梁達(dá)文先生現(xiàn)為瑞安管理的資金管理部總監(jiān)，負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)資金管理工作，有近40年財(cái)經(jīng)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。加入瑞安管理之前，梁先生曾任職于富登投資信用擔(dān)保有限公司（淡馬錫的全資附屬公司）擔(dān)任首席營銷官之職務(wù)，現(xiàn)為上海黃浦區(qū)僑聯(lián)副主席。曾歷任中國人民政治協(xié)商會(huì)議杭州委員會(huì)成員及中國香港（地區(qū)）商會(huì)上海副會(huì)長及財(cái)務(wù)小組召集人以及中國人民政治協(xié)商會(huì)議上海黃浦區(qū)委員會(huì)成員。

Once you become successful, don't forget to lend a hand to others.

I am Juthamas Chavanapanich from 23GLFT class. I joined the Mentor-Mentee Scheme in the beginning of 2024. I am lucky enough to have Mr. Liang Dawen as my mentor. He is a very experienced entrepreneur. Here is my sharing and insight:

When I first read the profiles of all the mentors, I was impressed by Mr. Liang's wide range of experiences from finance and real estate to marketing. To me, marketing is associated with e-commerce, beauty & fashion, branding or FMCG, so I really wanted to learn from Mr. Liang the differences and similarities of doing marketing in diverse industries, especially banking and real estate, the two traditional serious business disciplines that Mr. Liang specializes in.

I was honoured to meet him at his office for the first time along with my two co-mentees. Mr. Liang taught us not only by words but showed us by practice in the real settings. As a foreign student, despite my familiarity with Chinese culture to some extent, I have learned so many valuable Chinese wisdom in many aspects, including life, family, and work from Mr. Liang.

Mr. Liang also provokes us to think in the real settings by giving us questions to think and observe from the real business settings around us, then challenging us to ponder ways to apply our newly gained knowledge. I like all the meetings with Mr. Liang because learning with him is not confined within four walls. Mr. Liang pays caring attention to all the mentees. He tries to understand the individuals' interests and caters to each of us demands, strengths, weaknesses, and potentials.

The most precious lesson I have learned from him is "Once you become successful, don't forget to lend a hand to others." I am so fortunate to have Mr. Liang as my mentor. For me, I feel like Mr. Liang is more than just a mentor and teacher, but the father who guides his children on the path of success he has paved while letting his children make their own design. We can have a successful life, but on the path of our own.
