Every second car produced worldwide drives with MAHLE components. MAHLE Group has evolved from a small workshop in Stuttgart in 1920 into a global enterprise and a technological pioneer.

The century-long success in the field of internal combustion engines has not become a path dependency for the MAHLE Group, because continuous innovation is the gene and the crucial spark igniting tremendous power. In today's changing global automotive industry landscape, an effective globalization strategy is also crucial, while outstanding and sustainable leadership ensures the realization of innovation and the implementation of strategies.

馬勒集團(tuán)管理董事會(huì)主席兼首席執(zhí)行官

Arnd Franz于2022年11月1日起出任馬勒集團(tuán)管理董事會(huì)主席兼首席執(zhí)行官。

在獲得工商管理學(xué)位之后，F(xiàn)ranz于1992年在德國(guó)法蘭克福的Deutsche Industrie – Holding集團(tuán)開(kāi)啟職業(yè)生涯，從控制部門(mén)做到子公司的商務(wù)總監(jiān)。此后他先后在位于埃倫塞的TEV集團(tuán)擔(dān)任商務(wù)總監(jiān)；在美因河畔洛爾的麥格納座椅系統(tǒng)歐洲公司擔(dān)任財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)；2001年加入馬勒Tennex北美公司擔(dān)任董事總經(jīng)理。在隨后的幾年中，F(xiàn)ranz在馬勒集團(tuán)斯圖加特總部先后擔(dān)任不同職務(wù)：2004年起成為馬勒濾清系統(tǒng)有限公司控制總監(jiān)；2006年成為馬勒集團(tuán)管理委員會(huì)成員，負(fù)責(zé)售后市場(chǎng)；2013年至2019年加入馬勒集團(tuán)管理董事會(huì)，負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售與應(yīng)用工程以及售后市場(chǎng)。此后他曾短暫離開(kāi)馬勒，成為總部位于瑞士的LKQ歐洲公司首席執(zhí)行官。

Arnd Franz致力于推行清潔、安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)的出行理念。他支持有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和未來(lái)出行技術(shù)的百花齊放，包括電池驅(qū)動(dòng)、燃料電池以及使用可持續(xù)燃料的內(nèi)燃機(jī)等等。

Arnd Franz has been Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of the MAHLE Group, based in Stuttgart (Germany), since November 1st, 2022.

After studying business administration, he started his career in 1992 with Deutsche Industrie‐Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Frankfurt am Main, initially in Group Controlling and then as Commercial Director of several subsidiaries. He was then Commercial Director with TEV GmbH, Erlensee and Director Finance with Magna Seating Systems Europe GmbH, Lohr am Main. Arnd Franz joined MAHLE Tennex North America Inc., Murfreesboro (USA) as Managing Director in 2001. In subsequent years, he held various positions at the Stuttgart headquarters of the MAHLE Group: he was Director Controlling of MAHLE Filtersysteme GmbH from 2004, Member of the MAHLE Management Committee responsible for Aftermarket from 2006 and Member of the MAHLE Management Board responsible for Sales and Application Engineering and Aftermarket from 2013 to 2019 before becoming CEO of LKQ Europe, based in Switzerland.

Arnd Franz is committed to clean, safe, affordable mobility. He supports fair competition between the best technologies for the carbon-neutral mobility of the future. In addition to the importance of battery-electric drive systems, he also emphasizes the need for the fuel cell, as well as sustainable fuels for internal combustion engines, in order to achieve climate targets.
