正在趕往機場出差的張迅老師也拔冗參加，分享了他對MBA學生的職場發(fā)展建議：1、不要在選擇中猶豫，想做就去行動；2、不要輕易改變行業(yè)和崗位，如果想要改變，可以先選擇其一進行過渡，不建議二者同時進行。3、求職簡歷最好列出3~5點最重要的個人優(yōu)勢以便讓面試官迅速了解你的能力。

 Dr. Zhang, who was on a business trip to the airport, shared 3 advice on MBA student’s career development. 1. Don't hesitate to choose. Do what you want. 2. Don’t easily change your industry and function. If you want to change, don’t change both at the same time. 3. You’d better list 3-5 important point on your CV, that would be the best way for the interviewer to know your ability immediately. 

這一環(huán)節(jié)的最后，兩位老師還和同學們進行問答互動，解答了同學們的很多關于職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的疑問。

At the end of this part, the two professor also answered many student’s questions about their career planning.

隨后，我們的情歌小王子Raymond給大家?guī)砹酥袌鲂菹⒌牟潘嚤硌?，一首《平凡之路》唱出了所有同學的心路歷程：時間無言，如此這般，明天已在，風吹過的，路依然遠，我們的故事講到了暨園……未來的人生答案，也從這里，漸漸變得清晰了起來。

Later, our love song prince, Raymond brought us a talent show during the rest. 

歡聲笑語中，下半場開始了。來自美國的同學Chris和來自湖北的同學Winnie分享了他們疫情下的學習和生活。山川異域，風月同天。雖然我們身處異地，但我們感受著同樣的時代脈搏。幸運的是，我們能在暨園相遇、相知，也在疫情這個特殊的時期于線上相望、相助。班集體的溫暖，讓大家能夠暫時忘卻外面的嘈雜，一同攜手將我們友誼的小船在知識的海洋里劃向更遠的地方。

In laughter, we began the second part. Chris, a student who comes from America, and Winnie, a student who comes from Hubei province, shared their study and life during the COVID-19. Although the hills and the rills set us apart, the moon and wind share our kind heart. Although we come from all over the world, our feeling is the same. Luckily, we can meet each other on Jinan University, we can also help each other online during the COVID-19. The warm from the class, let us forget the noisy for a while. Hope we can drive our friendship boat to further away on the sea of knowledge.

隨后，班里的Stephen和Sara同學還分享了他們的創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)歷。相同的是，他們都是在考入MBA之前就開始了自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)之旅，現(xiàn)如今都取得了不錯的成績，不同是行業(yè)。精耕教育行業(yè)的Stephen結合自身的職業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷給大家投喂了一劑滿滿正能量的心靈雞湯；而投身電子商務的Sara則從她的視角講述了電商的過去和未來，給了同學們一些微商小科普和兼職的建議。

Later, Stephen and Sara shared their work experience. The same thing is, both Stephen and Sara stared their own business before getting into MBA, now they have got a good grades. The different thing is, Stephen shared his own career development experience on the education industry, which encouraged us a lot. Sara gave a speech about the history and the future of E-business from her perspective, and she also introduced some basic knowledge of “Wechat Business”and part-time advice.

最后的自由分享環(huán)節(jié)，各位同學也踴躍發(fā)言。因為全日制的MBA只有兩年，大家都非常珍惜這段短暫而幸福的時光，許多藏在心里已久的話，都按捺不住表達了出來。時光荏苒，行程過半，倥傯之際，萬語千言。

The last part was the free talk. Because there were just 2 year for us to study the full time MBA, all of us are very treasure this days. Many student could not resist to say many words that had been hidden in heart.
